I've by no means actually had a problem with my weight. I was blessed into a loved ones that never had weight problems, so maybe we have my mother to thank for preparing 3 meals each day where we would sit down to eat together, or at lunch just the children in the household, as each parents worked. But in the mornings and evening we would all be at the table together. Our in-between meals consisted of fruits. I'm not saying we in no way ate sweets as we did that too, on Saturdays my father would give us pocket dollars and take us towards the local store and we would spent it all on sweets.I have seen many working weight loss tips on the web and they wroks like a charm.

My father was tall and lean, my Mother was petite. We have been active children, we swam, rode our bicycles to school, and played lots of games that involved running, jumping etc. These were the days just before Tv and Net. It makes me sound old.

Nowadays I'm 52 years old, the age exactly where my metabolism is slowing down and my appetite is still intact. I lately gained eight kilo's, and observed that it affected me on all ranges, I was uncomfortable I felt as if I was pregnant.
